Organizational Development Consultant

As a Founder and Principal Advisor at AlloImpact, Lisa focuses on building strong, cohesive cultures and driving positive change in small and mid-size organizations. Whether she’s serving as an interim strategic leader, gathering a multidisciplinary team to solve a seemingly intractable problem or helping a leader develop strategies for a change of direction, Lisa wakes up everyday looking for a chance for impact.

Explorer

Lisa is a committed and passionate walker. One of her favorite pastimes is ultra-walking (spending a half day walking 10-to-15 miles … and usually ending at a bakery). Long walks unlock Lisa’s clearest and most creative strategic thinking. They also allow her to discover new neighborhoods, geek out over architectural diversity, pick up history lessons from otherwise overlooked historical markers and recharge on a long nature walk.
